These terms apply to the career assessment sold at career.lilacminds.com by Lilac Minds, a counselling and career guidance practice based in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Using the service means accepting them.
What you are buying
A one-time career assessment for ₹5,000. It includes a personality inventory, an interest inventory, a set of aptitude tests chosen for your stage of study or work, a written report interpreting all of it, a PDF copy, and recommendations for courses, colleges or roles that fit the results. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
What an assessment is not
It describes where you are today. It is not a diagnosis, not a prediction, and not a qualification. It does not guarantee admission anywhere, a job, a salary, or an outcome of any kind, and it does not close any door — a result you dislike is information, not a verdict. If you need clinical assessment or mental health treatment, this is not that, and we will tell you so rather than sell you this instead.
Who can use it
You need to be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be named at intake and receives their own link to your report — that is a condition of us providing the service, not an option.
Your side of it
- Answer as yourself. The results are only worth something if the answers are honest. Answering as the person you would like to be produces a report about that person.
- One account, one person. Do not share your sign-in. A second person's answers inside your battery makes the whole report unusable.
- Do not copy the questions. The items, banks and report text are ours. Sitting an assessment does not license you to reproduce or redistribute the questions.
Your report is yours
You own your results and can share them with whoever you like. We keep the copyright in the report's structure, wording and the assessment content itself.
Timing
Assessments are spaced over about six days on purpose — tired answers are worse answers. Your battery stays open for 21 days from the day you start, and if you need longer we extend it free of charge; just ask.
Scores and comparison groups
Where fewer than 30 people have completed a given assessment here, we report your result against a fixed scale rather than against other people, and no percentile is given. The report names which assessments those are and why. We would rather show you a gap than a number that looks precise and is not.
Payment
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Lilac Minds is not registered for GST, so no tax is charged or collected and what you receive is a receipt rather than a tax invoice. When we can end access
We can suspend an account that is being used to harvest assessment content, that is shared between people, or that is used to abuse our counsellor or staff. If we do that before your report has been generated, we refund you.
Liability
We are liable for providing the assessment and report competently and for looking after your data. We are not liable for decisions you make after reading it — choosing a stream, a course or a job is yours, and the report exists to inform that choice rather than to make it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us.

Some links on our discounts page are affiliate links: if you buy after using one, the merchant pays us a commission, and it costs you nothing extra. Those links are marked sponsored in the page's HTML as well as in words.
This has no bearing on your report. Your answers are scored, and the fields and courses your report names are chosen, with no reference to which merchants pay us — no merchant can pay to appear in a recommendation, and no commission is attached to anything the report says. That is why discounts sit on a separate page rather than beside your results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
